I am pleased that a great deal of work has and is being done to tackle climate change and preserve our environment by Government. It’s an agenda I have been involved with and I wanted to update you on some of the progress.

Bury St Edmunds MP meets Minister for Courts and Legal Aid

I recently met with Paul Maynard, Minister for Courts and Legal Aid at the Ministry of Justice, and Tim Passmore, Police and Crime Commissioner for Suffolk to discuss concerns about access to justice in Bury St Edmunds.

 

Local MP attends Access for All event in Parliament

I was interested to learn about the work being done on accessibility and inclusion in rail, hosted by the Rail Delivery Group, which represents train operators and Network Rail at a recent event in Parliament.

 

Brexit Update

Since the Prime Minister first brought her deal, negotiated with the EU, to Parliament I have supported it. I recognise there are strongly held concerns about the deal, but there are also a number of positives.
