On Friday 1st December, I will be hosting an Older Persons Information Fair 10:30AM – 1:30PM in the Apex, Bury St Edmunds. Following the success of last year’s fair in Stowmarket, I am delighted to welcome the fair to Bury.
I am thrilled to be inviting nominations from the constituency for the Parliamentary Pub Chef Awards. This is an annual competition which nominates chefs from constituencies up and down the country. The award recognises the important contribution of pub chefs to local communities.
On Monday 26th June, Jo Churchill MP met with Suffolk Chamber of Commerce, leading councillors and other key stakeholders of the 'No More A14 Delays' campaign to discuss the key objective of securing funding through the Roads Investment Strategy Phase 2.
"Both Babergh and Mid Suffolk district councils face the challenge of not meeting their required five year land supply. In short, they are both failing to deliver enough homes and national planning rules are becoming more important than local ones.
On Friday 24th March, Jo Churchill MP joined Tesco Stowmarket to champion their commitment to the Tesco Fair Share Community Food Connection project. The project links stores to local charities and community groups, working together to ensure that no good food goes to waste.
