Local MP, Jo Churchill, has welcomed Greene King apprentice, Tyler Markarian, to Parliament to celebrate the launch of a new report and set of social mobility commitments by Britain’s leading pub company and brewer, Greene King.
Last year it was announced that the NHS would receive £20.5 billion extra by 2023 – 24. In return, the NHS was asked to develop a plan for how to spend this additional funding to transform patient care and make sure every penny of taxpayers’ money is spent wisely.
On Sunday 2nd December Jo Churchill, Member of Parliament for Bury St Edmunds, and Sheila Childerhouse, Chair of West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust, co-hosted an event to celebrate 100 Years of Suffrage and the NHS’s 70th birthday.
